30-Day Return Policy for Online Orders
Mototrax, Inc. has a 30-day return policy for all online orders. When an original purchaser returns an eligible item (service manuals and fluids may not be returned) purchased through the online store, the returned product must be received by Mototrax, Inc. in new condition and in its original packaging.
When making a request for a return, please contact the phone number listed on your packing slip to obtain an authorization number for the proposed return. Once a return is authorized, Mototrax, Inc. will provide an automated email with complete return instructions. You must follow the return instructions to maintain eligibility for a return, and it is important that you send the return in a manner that allows you to track your package to ensure it reaches its destination safely.
When we accept your item, we will credit the amount of the refund to the credit or debit card used to make the purchase. We will not make cash refunds, and we will not refund original or return shipping charges.
