Where are my products? - You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed. And another notice once your order ships.
How long will my order take to ship? Full Conversion systems will ship within 7-10 business days from your order date. Parts and accessories will ship within 3-5 business days.
How much will my shipping cost? - US and Canadian customers will pay a flat rate for shipping that is displayed at checkout. International customers' shipping will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Where is my order? - You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. You will be able to follow your order's progress once the carrier has it in their system. some carriers may take up to 24 hours to update.
Do you ship to my country? - Yes. If a rate is not displayed at checkout please contact us through the contact page to request a shipping quote. Please include your name shipping address and phone number.
* MotoTrax ships international orders DAP (Delivered at Place). You will beresponsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your government. Import costs vary by location. Flat rate shipping still applies for all North American customers.
